For a few months now I've been using a frozen garilc product that I found at Trader Joe's. The brand name is Dorot and it comes from Isreal--yes it's kosher too! Each frozen garlic cube is equal to 1 clove of garlic. They also have parsely, cilantro and basil, ginger and dill. They make a great addition to your cooking. The website also has a recipe section too!
Here is a recipe I use with these:
3 frozen garlic cubes
2 frozen parsley cubes
1/4 c soy sauce
Blend together and use to marinade fish, chicken or turkey.
