Well, days three and four were much better than day two. I realized that I am breaking bad habits that I've taken years to build, they will not break over night, and I need to be patient but firm with myself in the process of the breaking of the bad habits. Every day is a new day with no mistakes in it, and everyday is a new day to learn new things about food and how to use it wisely. I realized that I want to mindlessly snack in the afternoon. I just need to keep my hands and my mind busy to avoid the temptation.
Now it's off to count my fat grams, fiber and calories...or something.
