I did it!!

The results are in...(this is more exciting than the Oscars, SAGs and Grammys right??)

There are three pounds less of me to love this week!! By the end of the week I was getting a handle on snacking and eating better and my food MO.

I've also re-discovered Kashi cereals, and products. They have this new grain formula that tastes good and works to make you feel full with out lots of calories. I'm eating a bowl of their hot cereal for breakfast. It looks like an instant oatmeal packet, but there's more substance to it. Combining this with a half cup of fruit--I like pears today--I'm full till lunch. The point of this is not to be a Kashi advert, but to say that whole grains are not my enemy any longer--as long as I get a spoon full of sugar to help it all go down!

My results of this week have made me feel very good about my desire to loose weight. I think I can do it this week too.
