Week 12

Today I start a new food journal, which means I've been on WW for 12 weeks. They ask at the end of the book, "What have you accompished?"

Here it is:
Lost 10% of starting weight

Established and excercise routine--I walk and as I walk I sing!

Changed eating habits, by realizing that I was just mindlessly eating, and eating when I was not hungry.

Re-learned the art of cooking and reading food labels.

Learned about portion sizes and how much food I really need to keep going.

I started this blog


So, I'm on to the next 12 weeks, the next journal and the next step to fitting back into my closet full of clothes.
