Due my lovely case of plantar facitis, I am benched! This is why my foot, and consequently leg and knee have been in pain the last few week.
Lesson: when you body says,'I hurt' there is a reason for this. It is also wise to heed the warnings your body sends you--they are ususally right!
So in this spirit and wanting to maintain my weight, I've gone back to the basics of WW. I've been very closely monitoring my food intake and writing down everything. I've also gone back to my low points lunches and snacks. Progresso soups and fruit.
Chicken fat is in the freezer so to speak, but hopefully, I'll be out on the move soon!
