Week 2.5

Week 5 was good! I was able to get out and walk 5/6 days! And I'm down 2 pounds! The best part of all....I didn't tack one food point and I still lost.

After coming home from Phx last week, my WW stuff never made it back down to the kitchen, and I don't see myself getting it down there this week either. Frankly, after a whole year of point and food tracking, I'm tired of tracking. So I don't think I will.

What I do think is that I have finally learned how to deal with food in a positive and healthy way. I know I can manage my portions now and I know I can loose weight. Being in control of this area of my life feels very good.
