Progress, progress...

This week was GOOD! Down three pounds -- only 20 more to go. See what happens when you take your WW seriously? However, I've not exercised in about 4 days. Friday and Saturday were busy, busy....must get all the stuff around the house that I can't do because of baby done. Oh, we also went to Walmart in the next town over. That's always a time sucker.....

Then yesterday, I had every intention of going out, but I was hit with a major allergy spell about 9:30. I was dizzy and nauseated for most of the morning, till my DH managed to get over to the Piggly-Wiggly and get me some Sudafed, after signing his life away no less. Anyway, Sudafed popped, Diet Coke consumed I finally felt human about 2pm and ate a PB&J. I didn't feel bad about it, even though PB is a points robbing food. I was finally hungry and after not eating all morning....oh and I cracked the last jar of my homemade raspberry freezer jam open too. For all that is good and holy, I love homemade jam....

I've also come to the realization, and I seem to be realizing this realization over and over and over (why can't I just get it??) that I just can't have any treats in the house at all. So, we won't. Although we did make a pan of Memorial Day brownies...with mint chips...oh yum! Thankfully, those are all gone now and I can get back to concentrating. :)

My goal as well this week, is to post some of my favorite WW recipes up here, in case my one fan needs some culinary inspiration.
